Everything you need to get the most out of Impact Weaver

You don't need to have all the details. Just start.
  1. Click Brag Bank in the left sidebar.
  2. Click + Log a win in the top right.
  3. Fill in the Win title — a short label for what you did.
  4. In What did you do? describe the action in plain language. Write it like you'd tell a colleague.
  5. Fill in Who did it help? if you know — your team, a client, stakeholders.
  6. Optionally expand Add more detail to add a date, what changed, proof or measure, tags, and notes. In the Proof or measure field, if you're not sure what numbers to use, click "Learn how to measure your impact" to open the Measurement Guide. The more context you give, the stronger your bullets.
  7. Click Create my impact bullets.

The AI generates 3 versions of your bullet — Concise, Balanced, and Leadership. Choose the one that fits best and click Save this bullet.

The refinement flow is where the real work happens.

If none of the 3 bullets land, you have 3 options at the bottom:

"This doesn't feel quite right" — opens a feedback panel where you tell the AI what's off. Choose from options like "This doesn't capture how significant it actually was," "The measurement doesn't feel right," or "This doesn't sound like how I'd say it." Add optional notes and click Regenerate bullets for a new set.

"Add more context" — go back and add more detail to your original entry before regenerating.

"Try again" — regenerates bullets without any changes.

The more specific your feedback, the closer the next set will be.

Your Vault is your curated collection of wins worth keeping.
  1. Click My Vault in the sidebar to see all your saved bullets.
  2. Use the search bar or filter by tag to find specific wins.
  3. Click Update this win to edit the bullet text directly.
  4. Toggle Show on Portfolio to add a win to your public Impact Portfolio.
  5. Use Back to Brag Bank to update the original entry.

Think of the Brag Bank as your scratchpad and the Vault as your highlight reel.

Tags are one of the most underused features in the app.
  1. Add tags when logging a win in the Brag Bank, or update them anytime.
  2. Keep tags short and consistent — "leadership" not "Leadership Skills."
  3. On your Impact Portfolio, wins are automatically grouped by tag into sections. Tagged wins look intentional and organized. Untagged wins land in a "General" section.
  4. Use tags that reflect how you want to be seen — by a hiring manager, a promotion committee, or a client.

The difference between a portfolio that impresses and one that doesn't is usually tags.

A shareable page that shows your work to anyone, no login required.
  1. Go to My Vault and toggle Show on Portfolio on any win you want to share publicly.
  2. Click My Portfolio in the sidebar.
  3. Turn your portfolio ON using the toggle at the top.
  4. Add your name, professional title (max 60 characters), and an optional tagline (max 120 characters).
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. Copy your portfolio link and share it — in your email signature, LinkedIn bio, or before a performance review.

Your portfolio updates automatically as you add wins to your Vault.

Not sure what numbers to use? This is where you find them.
  1. Click Measurement Guide in the sidebar. Available on Solo Pro.
  2. Choose the metric type that fits your win — Revenue, Time Saved, Percentage Improvement, People Impacted, Volume and Output, or Satisfaction Scores.
  3. Enter your numbers into the live calculator.
  4. Copy the result and use it in your impact bullet for a stronger, more specific statement.

Bullets with numbers get noticed. The Measurement Guide helps you find the right ones.

Manage your subscription and account settings.
  1. Click Account in the sidebar to see your current plan, billing date, and subscription options.
  2. To upgrade to Solo Pro, click Upgrade to Solo Pro.
  3. To update your display name, edit the Display Name field and save.
  4. To export all your wins and bullets as a text file, click Export.
  5. To delete your account permanently, scroll to the danger zone at the bottom. Read the warning carefully — this cannot be undone.
